Modo Design’s ‘’The Verandah House’ is located on the outskirts of Ahmedabad, India.

It’s spread over an area of 6800 sq ft.

‘The Verandah House’ has been designed by Ar. Arpan Shah.

It’s located on a 4-acre parcel of land with dense flora and a lily pond.

A sense of belonging has been created in ‘the Verandah House’ with contemporary imagination and traditional craftsmanship.

The new house has been designed to be a permanent residence, away from the city's hustle and bustle.

Throughout the house, there are three verandahs--the entry verandah, the lower verandah, and the upper verandah.
