Avanti is an exceptional 3,500 sqft apartment designed by MC & A Design within the 35-story ABIL tower, in Pune, a city known for the blending of traditions with contemporary thought. The apartment was planned to achieve the creativity of a contemporary lifestyle for a politician.
The design objective was crystal clear, to create an elegant, streamlined environment with a muted colour palette, natural stone, and tasteful tiling, while upholding the client's impeccable reputation. Traditional marble seamlessly merges with modern patterned tiles, complemented by mirrors, refined charcoal black metal accents, and the warmth of deep, lustrous wood tones. These design decisions highlight the modern aesthetics of the apartment, promoting visual beauty and function.
The way Avanti is designed naturally creates a feeling of space, with living areas flowing from one to the other to create a feeling of open warmth. Visually, these spaces seamlessly connect with the living room flowing into the dining area, separated only by a pivoting, fluted metal, elegant partition. This architectural element enhances the overall sense of airiness and unity throughout the home.
Avanti offers a well-curated selection of custom furniture and art that represent its modern character. The walls are neutral and monochromatic, and the unique art pieces and carefully curated furniture, pastel colors provide a curated elegance of color within the space.
