Ganga Realty Expands the Scope of Luxurious Project in Gurgaon
The ultra-luxury residential project Nandaka 84 in Sector 84, Gurugram, will be developed by realtor Ganga Realty, based in Gurugram, with an investment of over Rs 1000 crore. The project has easy access to NH 48, the Cloverleaf Flyover, the ambitious mixed-use Global City project, IGI Airport, and Delhi's popular Rajiv Chowk. It is situated just two minutes from the Dwarka Expressway/Northern Peripheral Road.
According to the Ganga Realty Group, all funding for the project will be completely on self. Within this project, which spans 8.33 acres, the company will build 3 BHKs, 4 BHKs, and penthouses. Additionally, it has partnered with the sustainability and architecture firm UHA, based in London.
This luxury residential project will include a social club, business club, and sports club spread across 4 towers. There will be countless opulent amenities in the project.
Considering environmental inclusivity and sustainable living, the company will incorporate Miyawaki Gardens, air-purifying plants, herb gardens, EV charging stations, a Panchtatva pathway, a birds zone, a fragrance garden, and a reflexology garden into its project.
The NCR is where Ganga Realty primarily operates. By 2028, Ganga Realty hopes to have finished the project in one phase of development and an increased real estate investment.
