Marking a major turning point in its expansion journey, Lingel Windows and Doors Technologies Private Limited proudly opened its newest showroom in Gurgaon with a spectacular ceremony.

The Highlights

The Managing Director, Dr. hc. Mario Schmidt, welcomed everyone and gave a speech about the company's background, new product introductions, future goals, and the newly constructed showroom. He said, "I am very excited about the growth of the Lingel universe, my Lingel family and how the business has developed in India and even if challenges come it will be faced how it was in the previous years.I am looking forward the year 2024 when we will start manufacturing our windows in Romania to cater to the European market.”

The Chief Guest for the event was Her Excellency, Mrs. Daniela Sezonov Tane, the Romanian Ambassador to India, who gave a Hindi welcome to the attendees. She discussed how, through mutual respect and benefits, Romania and India have built a strong and cordial relationship over time. As it is the 10th anniversary of the Extended Partnership Agreement and the 75th anniversary of the beginning of diplomatic relations between Romania and India, this year becomes all the more special. Mr. Ionuţ Mircea VIZIRU, Economic Counselor, also attended the event.

The Chairman of Lingel, Karl Lingel, greeted the guests and conveyed his happiness. He also shared insights about how Lingel Windows’ journey in India began with innovation, the customers catered to in Germany, and also spoke about the new manufacturing unit coming up in Romania.

Dr. Alexandra Mittler, Regional Director of Language Programs in South Asia, Germany, added even more knowledge to the discussion. Dr. Mittler discussed the Goethe Institute's work and how students, who wish to investigate opportunities in Germany, can benefit from the German language.

Keeping up with Lingel's dedication to innovation, a new line of innovative products was also unveiled during the ceremony.

An esteemed group of people attended the event, including prominent businesspeople, architects, channel partners, and devoted Lingel clients. The inauguration highlighted Lingel Windows' commitment to providing high-quality goods and services in addition to the company's growth.
