Workspaces with Tranquility and Interaction

Ultraconfidentiel Design
In Gurgaon, Delhi, Nomura Research Institute, Ltd. (NRI), a prominent Japanese economic research and consulting firm within the Nomura Group, proudly announces the completion of its fourth office phase. Collaborating with Ultraconfidentiel Design, NRI upholds its commitment to cultivating serene workspaces. The design by Ultraconfidentiel Design unfolds as an experiential journey, commencing with captivating curves at the entrance. Illuminated strategically, these curves guide visitors and employees, reminiscent of the tranquillity found in a Japanese Zen garden.

Meticulous planning characterizes the office layout, with workstations strategically positioned along the glazing to maximize natural light. Meeting rooms and cabins draw occupants deeper into the space, and a cafeteria with a vast glazed wall adjacent to the work area enhances openness and the free flow of light.

Beyond aesthetics, the well-being of the NRI team takes precedence. The office features spaces designed for spontaneous interactions, ranging from enclosed phone rooms for private conversations to expansive collaboration areas for informal gatherings. Departing from tradition, the workstation zone introduces high tables and lounge seating, promoting a dynamic and engaging work environment.
