Taj Hotels to launch a new property with branded residences in Noida

Taj Hotels are all set to enter Noida along with branded residences. Recently, Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) announced this news where this greenfield development under management contract will feature a property as well as branded residences as part of the hotel complex.
Suma Venkatesh, executive vice president – Real Estate & Development, IHCL, said, “Noida and Greater Noida are witnessing rapid transformation with major infrastructure projects and the upcoming airport driving exponential demand. This signing is in line with IHCL’s vision of strengthening our presence in key markets across India. The development will cater to our discerning clientele and in addition to a world-class hotel will offer the most exclusives homes managed by a trusted brand. We are delighted to partner with Gulshan Group on this landmark project.”
Located along the Noida — Greater Noida Expressway, this new Taj property is said to feature 150 guest rooms, 74 branded luxury residences, an all-day dining restaurant, a bar and two specialty restaurants. Besides this, the hotel will house a ballroom of over 8,000 square feet, supported by pre-function areas and versatile meeting rooms for social and corporate gatherings. That's not all, the guests will get to enjoy a range of other luxurious facilities like a swimming pool, gym, health club and Taj’s signature J Wellness Circle.
On the other hand, talking about the Taj’s branded homes, the project will have 7,500 sq. ft. residences with exclusive access to a Residents’ Club, terraced gardens, play area, lounge, sports facilities, and an infinity pool.
