Ayodhya Ram Temple Construction Committee Receives ₹3,000 Crore in Donations

Shree Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra recently announced the completion of construction work at Ayodhya’s Ram Mandir. To mark the celebration, PM Modi is scheduled to hoist the flag at the temple on November 25. Ahead of the same, a major news revealed that devotees have donated approximately Rs 3,000 crore to the temple for its construction.
Ram Mandir Construction Committee Chairperson Nripendra Mishra shared the update, stating that the total cost of the temple project is estimated at around ₹1,800 crore, with billing of nearly ₹1,500 crore already completed.
The funding campaign was launched in the year 2022 and since the time, people have contributed generously to the temple's fund. As per Mishra, all those who made the donations will be invited to witness the flag hoisting ceremony in the coming month. More than 8,000 people are expected to be present at the event on November 25.

The trust, Shree Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra took to its official X handle (formerly known as Twitter) and announced the completion of construction by saying, “It is with great joy that we inform all devotees of Prabhu Shri Ramlalla Sarkar that all Mandir construction work has been completed."
The post further stated, "This includes the main Mandir and the six Mandirs within the precinct, dedicated to Mahadev, Ganesh Ji, Hanuman Ji, Suryadev, Maa Bhagwati, and Maa Annapurna, as well as the Sheshavatar Mandir. Flags and kalash (pinnacles) have been installed on these Mandirs.”

More About The Ram Mandir
Built in 2.7 acres, main area of the temple has a 51-inch-tall statue of Lord Ram carved with black stone depicting the deity as a five year old child. The mandir even houses, the seven mandapas which are dedicated to Rishi Valmiki, Rishi Vashishtha, Rishi Vishwamitra, Rishi Agastya, Nishadraj, Shabari, and Devi Ahilya.
The over all temple complex has a 70-acre area which also includes, Sant Tulsidas Mandir, statues of Jatayu and the Squirrel along with Sheshavatar temple, Kuber Tila, and Sapt Mandapam.
Other Latest Updates Regarding The Ram Mandir
Apart from the main tasks, road construction, stone flooring work landscaping and greenery are under the process, which are being carried out swiftly. As per the trust, a few area including 3.5-kilometer-long boundary wall, trust office, guest house, auditorium and more are among a few ongoing constructions works.
